The services provided on this website are strictly limited to the legal owner of the phone.

Ser-Rem authorizes you to use its Company Unlocking Software for evaluation purposes and for unlocking cell phone only. This is legal in USA, Canada, the UK and most other countries. If you are not sure whether it is legal in your country it is your own responsibility to clarify. Ser-Rem does not take any responsibility in case the client violates law.

It is illegal to alter or change IMEI numbers on cellular phones. We will not do it for anyone or for any reason.

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Company Unlocking Software is the property of Ser-Rem and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law.

The Company Unlocking Software is protected by the international copyright laws. It is prohibited to modify, translate reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works of Company Unlocking Software. You cannot redistribute, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer rights to the Company Unlocking Software.

Ser-Rem provides its services **AS IS**, without a warranty of any kind. All express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, are hereby excluded. In no event will Ser-Rem be liable for any damages suffered by the client as a result of using, modifying or distributing the Company Unlocking Software or its derivates, however caused and regardless of reasons.
 

Restrictions

You agree that you shall not use the Company Unlocking Software in any manner that is not permitted by this Agreement or that violates any law, regulation or statute in an applicable jurisdiction.

You shall not use any debuggers or scanners when Company Unlocking Software is working.
 

The Account

You acknowledge and agree that you are to keep confidential the Account Name and Account Password provided by Ser-Rem to you. Your Account Name, Account Password are personal to you and may not be shared with, or transferred to, any other person or entity. You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for each and every use of your Ser-Rem Account, Account Name and Corresponding Password, and that Ser-Rem may rely on the use of your Account, Account Name or Account Password as conclusive evidence that you have used the Company Unlocking Software.
 

Term and Termination

You may at any time terminate your Account by sending a termination request to Ser-Rem. In the event termination is by Ser-Rem, Ser-Rem shall notify you of such termination. Ser-Rem reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your Account at any time, including, without limitation, deactivating your Account Name and Account Password.
 

Suspension

Ser-Rem reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend your Account at any time and for any length of time.
